• Service providers — we use Workiz, a third-party scheduling and booking platform, to manage appointments. Workiz receives only the information necessary to process your booking. • Legal requirements — if required by a valid court order, subpoena, or applicable law, we may disclose information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Business protection — to protect the rights, property, or safety of EK Kinetics LLC, our customers, or the public, where required or permitted by law.
• Business transfer — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this policy.

In all cases, we share only the minimum information necessary and require that third parties treat your data with equivalent standards of confidentiality.

DATA RETENTION & SECURITY

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Service records are typically retained for 5 years for warranty, billing, and tax compliance purposes, after which they are securely deleted.

• Restricted internal access — only personnel who need your information to perform their job duties can access it.

COOKIES & WEBSITE TRACKING

Our website uses a limited set of cookies. Basic session cookies keep the site working correctly. We also use the Google Ads tag (gtag.js), which may set cookies to measure whether visitors who clicked one of our Google ads went on to call us or book a service (conversion tracking). We do not sell your data, and we do not run our own cross-site profiling tools.
